TATRAPOINT STANDARD

General Information:

Tatrapoint is mechanical six- key Braille typewriter. Every model comes with adjustable left and right margins, bell is 5 cell before the end of the line. Dymo tape holders (clips) are fixed on carriage. Carriage release key, backspace key, reading table.

TATRAPOINT STANDARD is machine with classical conservative design, comes in few variants. The keyboard is for both hands also for single hand - single left or right handling with adjustable length of central key (unimanual). Tatrapoint Standard have simple service, good quality print, high reliability, quiet operation.

Description of the single hand, both hand handling/keyboard

The standard model (for both hands writing):

The middle and longest key is the space bar. From the middle key to the left are the keys for dots 1, 2, and 3. From the middle key to the right are the keys for dots 4, 5, and 6.

The right hand model (for one hand writing):

The assignment is the same as for the standard model, but the function of the keys for dot 2 and Space are mutually interchanged. The length of the middle key is adjustable for this model.

The left hand model (for one hand writing):

The assignment is the same as for standard model, but the function of the keys for dot 4 and space are mutually interchanged. The length of the middle key is adjustable for this model.
